Ab-Initio Pilot

Part of GAA's future vision is the creation and education of the next generation of aviation professionals including airline pilots and aircraft engineers.

Our Ab-Initio programme for cadet pilots is unique in the MENA region and designed to attract only qualified and highly motivated individuals who have the passion to enjoy a rewarding career in aviation.

Previously having trained a number of Ab-Initio cadets GAA is currently managing this pioneering programme in coordination with CESDA, University College for Pilot Training, in Spain. The comprehensive course enables the cadets to obtain an airline Transport Pilotís License upon successful completion.

With its selected partners, the GAA Ab-Initio Programme offers the highest level of practical (orientation) from the very first day, combining theoretical and practical flight phases. The programme was launched to qualify young cadets with no prior flying experience, who possess the unique qualities required to be a commercial pilot and who can handle the intensity of the 18 month course.
